Abstract

Domestic and foreign experience in division of competence between economic and administrative court when settling disputes with participation of entrepreneurship subjects is presented. The proposals are offered to handover the disputes connected with economic relations, where subjects of power and entrepreneurship are involved, to the competence of economic courts of Ukraine.
