Abstract

Definition of subsidiaries and its main types (unitary and corporate ones) is analyzed. Restricted subsidiary’s understanding as an entity created by one promoter which is a legal person is criticized. A unified approach to regulation of subsidiaries under non-dependence on the amount of its formers if one of them controls the company is justified.
