Abstract

Based on a system analysis of the Land Code of Ukraine, the author examines the problematic issues connected with division of lands in Ukraine according to a special_purpose use. The author comes to the conclusion that the system of general division of lands into categories of a special_purpose use does not meet today’s requirements and should be abolished.
