Abstract

To strengthen the protection of all participants in the field of economic management, the proposals are formulated to extend the circle of subjects who can initiate the invalidity of an economic agreement that contradicts to the interests of the state and society in the judicial order. The distinctions between the government bodies and bodies of local self-government are defined. It is offered to give a right to initiate the invalidity of the economic degree that contradicts to the interests of the state and society in the judicial order to the bodies of local government.
