LEGAL ISSUES OF DEVELOPMENT OF CODIFIED NORMS ON LIQUIDATION OF THE ECONOMIC ENTITIES

Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

The paper analyzes negative consequences entailed by using separated norms of law instead of direct action norms. On the example of the current legislation norms of Ukraine it is proved that the government bodies must not have a right to liquidate the economic entities by the out_court order. The necessity of further developing the legislation on liquidation of the economic entities on the basis of the Economic Code of Ukraine is grounded.
