Abstract

The paper analyzes the essence of capitalization, justifies the use of the income approach to valuation of the company to calculate the capitalization of the company; presents an approach to evaluation of capitalization based on neural modelling. The factors influencing the volume of enterprise’s capitalization are defined; the measures to increase the level of capitalization are offered.
