Abstract

The article deals with a comprehensive examination of realities of a legal field for lobbyism and possibilities of optimization of the given institute in Ukraine. In the article the basic variants of optimization of the legal policy implementation in the sphere of lobbyism are defined, as well as goals and ways of legal regulation of lobbyism in Ukraine. The author defends the point of view that the civil society should learn to use positive lines of lobbyism and minimize the influence of its negative characteristics on the social development. For this purpose it is necessary to put lobbyism in law frameworks.
