SPHERE OF CITY’S HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES: FEATURES AND POSSIBILITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT

The article explores the features and possibilities of the sphere of city’s housing and communal services (HCS). The features that significantly affect the functioning of the HCS sphere have been brought into a system. The problems of functioning of the housing and communal services sphere at the state and local level are analyzed and generalized, the proposals have been developed to overcome these problems as well. The possibilities of developing the sphere of city’s housing and communal services are generalized taking into account the features of its functioning and defined the directions and conditions for their use.
