Abstract

The article analyzes modern methods of search and selection of highly qualified personnel for the enterprise, as well as the possibility of applying these methods. It is noted that in modern conditions, the methods of recruiting personnel that enterprises used before are not effective, and therefore they need to be reconstructed and used up-to-date. Advantages and disadvantages of each method are given.
