Abstract

The features of a rating estimation of the water complex organizations are characterized. The necessity of making an ecological and economic estimation of the water-melioration complex is grounded. The concept of ecological and economic security of the water-melioration complex development is described, as well as economic, financial, international, investment, scientific-technological security. The list of indicators showing how to determine the ecological and economic security of the state’s water complex is presented, as well as their optimum threshold and boundary values.
