METHODS AND INDICATORS ESTIMATING THE HUMAN CAPITAL ON A MACROECONOMIC LEVEL

Abstract

The article investigates the general approaches and presents the author’s vision of determination of the methodological base for estimating the human capital taking into consideration its peculiarities. The analysis of all possible factors of measuring, cost-based attributes and economic-mathematical methods of estimation was made. The criteria for estimating have been determined. The methods elaborated by the author for estimating the human capital on a mаcroeconomic level are offered.
