Abstract

The proposals on improvement of personnel training and upgrading in the tourist sector in the context of preparation of Donetsk region for Euro 2012 have been worked out. Reasonable efforts to organize training and upgrading of civil servants and local government officials entrusted with authority in matters of public administration of tourism have been marked.
