Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

The paper covers the problems concerning the state regulation of trafic permission services and communication services. The relationship between trafic permission services and communication services is described as well as a comparative analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine and Russian Federation as for licensing the given services is made. The proposals are made to add the telecommunication legislation of Ukraine with the above concepts «traffic», «traffic permission», «traffic permission services», «communications services».
