Abstract

The paper describes subject s of legal relations in the state compulsory pension insurance under present conditions. The circle of physical and legal persons- subjects of legal relations in the above insurance has been defined. The content of the legal status of these subjects has been determined, it gives the citizens the possibility to realize a constitutional right to social security.
