Abstract

The juridical science and legislation treat many kinds of subjects of law. Their functioning is realized through organization into the corresponding groups based on specific indications (criteria). That's why, the aim of this article is the research of the problematic issues appearing in connection with classification of the financial law subjects proceeding from general criteria elaborated by the legal science on the whole.
