Abstract

The paper describes the features of involving the land plots of state and communal property into the economic turnover on the terms of lease. Based on results of the analysis, theoretical and applied statements are grounded, which can make the basis both for further improvement of land legislation and intensification of theoretical developments on the legal nature of land plots lease contract.
