Abstract

The paper examines the relationship between such categories as economic process and economic procedural form. The rules for using the term «economic process» and conception of defining its content are considered. The scientific views on the mutual relation of the process and its form are analysed. The component of the economic process covered by the economic procedural form is determined, as well as the relation to content aspects of the economic legal proceedings.
