Abstract

The paper analyses the provisions of the Economic Code of Ukraine which define the content of organizational-economic relations and obligations, as well as their doctrinal interpretation. The necessity to relate the corresponding provisions of the Economic Code to concept of organizational-economic relations and obligations described in the science 40 years ago is proved.
