Abstract

The paper presents the proposals worked out to provide stability and development of the housing and communal sector in Ukraine, as well as to increase the efficiency of life-support enterprises, in particular due to use of instruments of public-private partnership. The problems concerning realization of public-private partnership in the housing and communal sector have been studied, and prospects for its development in Ukraine have been defined, the normative-legal base was assessed.
