METHODICAL BASES FOR ESTIMATING EFFICIENCY OF M&A AMONG THE COAL-MINING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The paper shoes that M&A are possible in the coal industry on the basis of a complete redemption and free of charge, which can be used in the case of unprofitable operation of mines. The calculation of possible economic efficiency from merger of a few enterprises, which takes into consideration the index of changes in production capacities and annual extraction volume, is offered.
