Abstract

The factors of economic and social development are considered. A methodical approach is offered to determine the nature of factors, which have influence on it, using the system of estimated figures and facet classification. Highlighted are the most influential factors of positive and negative direction separately among groups of internal and external impact on the city of regional subordination.
