Abstract

The paper describes foreign experience in organizing and functioning of centers for transfer of technologies, defines features of domestic centers for transfer of technologies, and distinguishes four types of above innovation centers according to their organization. The proposals are made to improve the work of centers for transfer of technologies in Ukraine.
