Abstract

The paper tries to determine economic and legal means of preventing violations in foreign economic activity involving transactions with goods made from customer’s raw materials. The proposals are made to improve the economic legislation aimed at preventing violations while carrying out transactions with goods made from customer’s raw materials in the context of foreign economic activity and monitoring national business actors’ returns.
