Abstract

Based on the analysis of the current legislation regulating the sphere of centralized water supply, there were made some proposals on possible ways of reforming the water and sewerage enterprises, and perspectives for their cooperation with power bodies and administration. The author reveals the possibility of a contractual regulation of centralized water supply.
