Abstract

The article analyses the foreign experience in the state support to business entities, as well as the measures, which are used in different countries to stimulate the effective economic development. The conclusion is made to use indirect methods of the state support (horizontal support measures, “green box” measures) instead of direct measures of the state support because firstly-mentioned methods provide the minimum distortion of market competition.
