Abstract

The article deals with pressing questions concerning the activity of the bodies of economic self-management in Germany. Their functions, legal status are analyzed, as well their role in realization of the principle of partnership which is fixed in the Economic Administrative law of Germany. The attention is focused on participation of the bodies of economic self-management in the process of creation of economic regulatory legal acts in Germany.
