Abstract

The subject of water bodies lease agreement has been investigated; the legal regulation of given agreements in Ukraine has been examined. The notion of subject of water bodies lease agreement has been specified, propositions on legislation modification on use of water bodies on lease terms have been grounded, variants of additions to the Water Code of Ukraine as to different questions on the subject of water bodies lease agreement have been offered.
