Abstract

The article deals with the issues of state regulation functions of corporate activities through the system of national institutes, as well as with application of international and even Global regulation tools for the sakeof modern institutional development, which is determined by current internationalization processes and information economics formation, as well as by the demands of the Global competition environment. The critical overview of modern theoretical approaches, scientists’ and specialists’ researches concerning this issue is also presented.
