Abstract

The article analyses legal regulation of relations in the process of creation and state registration of business entities in order to find drawbacks and imperfections in current legislation which make possible appearance of fictitious formations in the economic turnover. Organizational and legal measures are marked out, proposals and recommendations are formulated to eliminate causes and conditions for shadowing of the economy in this relation.
