Abstract

The author investigates a process of creation of holding companies in Ukraine and the features of normative-legal regulation of this process. Proposals on improvement of holding companies creation are well-grounded and possible additions to certain normative and legal acts which regulate some questions connected with creation of holding companies in Ukraine are offered.
