Abstract

Urgent problems concerning terminal labour legal relations in scientific establishments are considered. The necessity is grounded to make labour contracts with scientific researches for the period not longer than 2 years without holding a contest. The authors offer to make additions to the Law of Ukraine «On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity» and to the draft Labour Code of Ukraine.
