ON PREVENTION OF THE ANTIMONOPOLY-COMPETITIVE LEGISLATION VIOLATIONS

Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

The activity of antimonopoly authorities on prevention of violations of the legislation on economic competition protection has been considered and systematized. The experience in guidelines issuance as to questions of undertakings’ actions compliance with antimonopoly-competitive legislation has been generalized. On the basis of this generalization propositions on improvement of legal regulation have been worked out.
