Abstract

The article covers the problems concerning improvement of the market mechanism for regional management on the basis of optimization of economic relations between the state and regions. Based on the analysis of conditions forming the features of regional management, main requirements to socio-economic development are offered taking into account economic, social and ecological spheres of social life.
