Abstract

The article describes the system of features of the economic procedural form distinguishing it from the civil procedural one. Based on some general provi­sions, the view on the judicial practice has been formed that is the main factor of separation of specific features which characterize the economic procedural form. Adaptation of the economic procedural form to the re­quirements of the economic relations is also analyzed.
