TRANSFORMATION OF MARKET SELF-REGULATION UNDER THE LEADING ROLE OF THE STATE SECTOR IN THE PRC

Abstract

The paper deals with a comprehensive research and scientific analysis of the current stage of the market economy development in the PRC that is con­nected with creation of the economic system where multi-structure economy is developing under the leading role of the state sector and market self-regulation. Reorganization of enterprises according to the «Chinese pattern» has provided the implementation of the strategic plan of the state support of large enterpris­es and transfer of small enterprises management to the private sector. Corporatization has become the main direction for the system reorganization of the whole sector, including large enterprises.
