INVALIDATION OF CONTRACTS OF BUSINESS SUBJECTS-CITIZENS IN THE BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE

Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

The paper deals with the issues of recognizing the contracts of business subjects-citizens to be invalid in the procedure of bankruptcy The legislative norms regulating this sphere are analysed. The necessity of improving the norms which concern the contracts of business subjects-citizens that can be recognized to be invalid in bankruptcy procedure and a circle of people who can initiate the given contracts to be invalid. Some concrete proposals are formulated to improve the legislation on the above issues.
