Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

The paper grounds the necessity of improving the legislation of Ukraine in the part that deals with specification of the subjective and objective composi­tion of concession relations (mainly with participation of the local governments and in relation to the objects of communal property). The necessity of specifying legal consequences of a concessionaire reorganization is grounded as well of specification of a legal regime for the property created and acquired by the concessionaire, etc. The proposal is made to remove the possibility of privatization of the concession at the end of the concession agreement that is provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Concessions”.
