Abstract

The paper analyses the economic value of “constant economic growth” through the prism of a value-civilization approach. A legal support to this orientation is realized in the context of the economic policy canonized by the legislator and mismatches the humanitarian calls of five present. The state economic policy should be developed in the united block together with a humanitarian one and provide a spiritual development of society.
