Abstract

The paper considers the origin of different types of rent (quasi-rent). The main origins of rent (quasi-rent) are the contradictions in the relationship between elements of an economic system and stages of a reproduction cycle. The example of analytical Calculations shows a possible mechanism of different types of rent or quasi-rent origin. The reasons for rent-oriented behavior of some agents are established.
