Abstract

The paper explores the genesis of a legal thought as for legal relations in the field of social security in the domestic science of social security law, and defines the concept of socially-providing legal relations and their main features. It has been recognized that there is no a single legal relations provision within which the citizens could realize their rights to all kinds of social security.
