To provide creation of the effective motivation under minimization of enterprise’s costs, the paper identifies the problems to be solved. The necessity of introducing the new approaches to personnel management using the methods of social motivation and forms of corporate culture is grounded. The methods of social motivation are described, and proposals are made how to introduce them for consolidation of the staff at the enterprise and not to reduce labor productivity.
