Abstract

The paper studies the experience of the European countries in reforming the housing and communal facilities. It is stated that the monopolists are able to work effectively providing good-quality services for the population as a result of reforms in the housing communal facilities of the Great Britain, France, Czech and Denmark. It is offered to plan and realize the national housing reform comprehensively and step-by-step.
