Abstract

The paper analyzes the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Regulation of Town Building Activity» and other normative legal acts regulating the order of giving a building permit. Based on the law-exercising practice, the conclusion is made that it is expedient to establish a list of documents, dates of building permits and grounds for their liquidation.
