Abstract

The article assesses the modern state and analyzes the problems concerning the development of town-planning activity in Ukraine, its regional priorities are defined, the features of the proper regulatory support are exposed. The recommendations on providing the economic and legal groundwork for developing the town-planning activity in the present conditions of economic management have been worked out.
