Abstract

The article shows how to improve the financial basis of the educational establishments to provide their economic management at the expense of the state, territorial communities, economic entities and citizens. The share of participation of the educational establishments in realization of the government programs and projects is offered as a criterion of determining the size of the state financing of their activity.
