Abstract

This article considers basic factors of changes in the economic complex of Donetsk region. The basic parameters of production function of the region are identified. The «bottlenecks» of the national and regional policy in regulation of structural changes are found, the conclusions are made that it is necessary to bring the structure of the region’s economy to the criteria of optimality.
