Abstract

In today’s environmental crisis there is an urgent need of using a regional approach to overcome it. The regional policy is a key to solving the environmental problems, in particular in Ukraine. Only coordinated actions of the state bodies and local authorities will have a positive result in the implementation of the state environmental programs.
