Problems of Ukraine’s Legislation Development

Abstract

Existing scientific researches, legislation and a number of historical documents are analyzed in the context of the subject under research. It is stated that the formation of bodies of local self-government in Ukraine as subjects of economic legal relationships passed the stages from the popular assembly of Kiev Rus to the development of the municipal authorities in the independent Ukraine. The list of the historical and legal preconditions that stimulated the formation of the bodies of local self-government as subjects of economic legal relationships is formed.
