Abstract

The article deals with actuality of the study of features of professional and qualification changes on the local labour market. The local labour market is characterized not by total deficit of skilled employees, but their structural inconformity to the existent needs. The information base of the research is statistical local labour market data and those of some leading enterprises of the town. A step-by-step cluster analysis has defined the most influential cluster-forming factors of the labour market development.
