Abstract

The paper analyzes the effect of a vocational guidance of the young people on the labor potential formation. The reasons for imbalance between vocational education and work in a specific specialty are determined. It is offered to adopt the law on promotion of employers’ participation in training and retraining of personnel in the vocational and higher educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of modern production.
